Easter Brunch at The Compound Restaurant

Santa Fe is a popular destination for the Easter Holidays - the lilacs and fruit trees are blooming, the birds are chirping gaily and spring is in the air.  While we offer a filling breakfast at the Hacienda Nicholas Bed & Breakfast, guests are always curious about where they can enjoy a traditional Easter Brunch a bit later in the day. 

This year The Compound Restaurant is offering a tantalizing feast of holiday favorites from a spring-inspired a la carte menu.   The restaurant, located in an historic landmark building on Santa Fe's famous Canyon Road, is known for its innovative menu and elegant atmosphere.

First Course Selections - prices range from $11-$14
Made to Order Spring Pea Soup
Cured Atlantic Salmon Salad
Bangers In a Blanket
Jumbo Crab Meat Salad

Main Course Choices Include - prices range from $19-$28

Jumbo Crab and Lobster Salad
Chicken Schnitzel (my personal favorite!!)
Beef Tenderloin Medallions
Salmon
Asparagus & Spinach Quiche

Dessert Options Include - $8/each
Strawberry Shortcake
Carrot Cake
Fresh Berries with Chocolate Tuile

There is also a children's menu available, including such yummy delights as Buttermilk Pancakes or a Black Forest Ham & White Cheddar Cheese Egg Scramble.
